Caseys service has gone way downhill over past several months. The night shift rarely has any pizza or food stuffs available for customer selection and when ordering food they rarely if ever answer the phone during might and evening shifts The store seems dirty and improperly stocked with merchandise. I've even been badgered by one of their recent managers as I was upset that he interrupted my transaction midway calling the cashier to speak with him I'm office for several minutes. I told him he was rude and he just acted like I didn't exist. I left the it's I was going to purchase and he stood in the window nah nah nah me as I got into car and put his hands on his ears and waved them back an...
Thank you for being reliable. The restaurant has truly come through for our community by keeping their promises and providing excellent service. This is the standard we hope all businesses in Nebraska will strive for. My family and I are grateful and look forward to coming back again in the future.
every time I go there, everyone is kind and helpful. this is on the opposite side of the city of me. I have to drive past two others. but this has the best pizza. they take care of the customers and strive to ensure that everything is to be ordered.
