Very disappointed at the clerk there that goes by Denise. Today around 12pm my mother and brother went to the gas station to purchase a reload prepay card. My family have been living in this town since the 90’s. Today, unfortunately, they were told to leave. Denise’s excuse was due to not “purchasing” anything. My mother has been going to this gas station for many years and never had any bad experience until today. My mother being a spanish speaker had a hard time understanding why Denise was being so rude. My brother started translating for my mother. However, There is no excuses for Casey’s to be hiring people that will later discriminate and kick out loyal customers.
Terrible experience. I had a pizza delivered to my house by a delivery person who needed crutches to walk, which I felt bad about. Unfortunately, the pizza was a disaster. It appeared to have been dropped multiple times, with cheese smeared all over the box and my pizza. We ate what we could to avoid wasting it, but honestly, this is disappointing. Casey's is known for their pizza, so it should arrive looking presentable. Please address this issue; I know you can do better.
I ordered a pizza from Casey's on Sunday, and it was the best pizza I've had since moving to St. James. I placed my order through the app, and the delivery service was excellent. I'm very happy with the experience and will definitely order again!
If you weren't aware, there are three Casey's locations in the city, and this one is the cleanest. It's not just the restrooms; the entire place is spotless. A big shout out to the manager for upholding such high standards!

I ordered a pizza for delivery on Sunday using the app, and it was the best pizza I've had since moving to Saint James. The service was exceptional, and I will definitely order from them again!
