Ignored and another customer had been helped by a manager as I was in line. Very unprofessional. Pizza is good, but be careful if you have a gluten intolerance. The employees of this location have no respect for the community. Nobody deserves to be disrespected, get disrespect from employees it will boomerang right back! Customers should never feel scared or unsafe, so make sure employees don't have a chip on their shoulders! Respect is earned not given. Also, time for a little truth serum for those people who lie or portray a bad image! Nobody would never tolerate it. We ordered pizza online and it charged us, took our credit we had at the store through rewards, and then said it couldn’t be completed… yet, still charged us. When we called they said we had to do something through Door Dash. They did nothing to help us get our money returned to us. No thanks! I’ll support another business that isn’t annoying. There are a million pizza places in Northfield with better customer service that I’d rather support.
DO NOT order pizza from here!!!! On the last 3 occasions we've ordered from here are pizza is either made completely wrong, not cooked, under cooked, and/or mutilated in it's cutting. There are far better places to get pizza in town. Plus, the service here sucks. I have on multiple requests asked for refunds or replacements and have been either ignored or passed around from person to person. If I could give negative starts I would!!!
Hello everyone! I want to remind you that a review should focus on the establishment itself and not just on your experience. That's why you only get one rating. Overall, I'd say gas station pizza is just that—gas station pizza. Your negative reviews suggest that you may not be familiar with what gas station pizza is like. Additionally, from my many visits, I can say that the place appears clean.

Unfortunately, this is by far the worse pizza/wings we have had. Wrong pizza order, ordered Hawaiian and got ham. Wrong wings, ordered traditional and received burnt boneless. Got the sauces correct. They were busy, but this was a sad experience.
I absolutely love Casey's pizza, but my last experience was disappointing. The pizza was doughy in the middle, and it had very little sauce and cheese. It didn't meet the usual standards I'm accustomed to.
Great quick in and out service!. I wish Casey would build a larger store for Northfield!!
The store could use a clean up and the pizza out looked way over its time in the heater.

Casey's is a great spot for both gas and fast food.
