The food arrived quickly, but unfortunately, the chicken tenders were dark, flattened, and overcooked, despite being served piping hot. The fries were warm rather than hot and were excessively salty. The dipping sauces lacked creativity and flavor. I also ordered a diet soda, which was disappointingly flat and poorly carbonated, coming from a soda gun at the bar. The restaurant has both high and low-top bar seating, as well as an outdoor patio with umbrellas. While the service was good, and the prices were competitive, the restroom was clean. I am unsure about the availability of WiFi. Although the restaurant has received great reviews, I noticed another comment mentioning overcooked chick...
Casey’s was great! We went here 2 nights during our stay in port Huron and had Emma and Sophie as our servers . Both of them took great care of us and understood what was cross contaminated and what was safe for me being gluten free due to celiacs. I felt safe and reassured from how they responded and acknowledged my concerns and I did not end up getting sick. I got the cheeseburger one night and the cheesesteak the other. We love this place and will go back. Highly recommend. For celiacs do not get the pizza or fries due to the oven and fryers cross contamination but lots of sandwich options with GF bread. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options and vegetarian options.
I came here with a hesitation due to being informed that this establishment doesn't treat their employees well. However, I was informed the food was good. While waiting for my meal, I was observing kitchen staff and witnessed one of their workers wipe his hands in his apron, then grab someone's cooked chicken out of a bowl and toss it onto a tray and then wipe his hands on his apron again. Absolutely no gloves on this entire time. That was extremely disgusting!!
My husband and I took his grandmother to this restaurant for lunch, and we had a wonderful experience. They offer a lovely patio for outdoor seating as well as comfortable indoor options. Our food arrived quickly, and the service was excellent. I ordered the chicken bacon jalapeño wrap with house-made chips, and it was fantastic. We also tried the breadsticks, which are a must-try! I've been here a few times and have to tell you, it's my go-to for food in PH. I can make the Avocado EggRolls a meal in itself. Great service and a very good selection of drinks. So much more than a pizza joint.
The service at Casey's is consistently fast and attentive! The food is always satisfying. This time, I tried the avocado egg rolls, and they were, as expected, delicious.
