One red flag was that none of the staff wore name tags, which is never a good sign. We arrived promptly for our 5:30 reservation and were seated at 5:25, but by 6:00, we still hadn’t met our waitress or received silverware or water. After waiting a bit longer, I approached the hostess station to report the issue, and ultimately waited another 15 minutes for our waitress to arrive.
When she did come, there was no introduction or apology; instead, she simply asked for our orders. To make matters worse, we received the wrong drinks and the food was disappointing. Our plates were delivered by busboys who had just finished cleaning tables, and we had to wait an additional ten minutes for silverw...
Food was cooked very well. I ordered medium rare steak tips and they were comes to perfection . The other people I was with were also very pleased with their meals. Service was good, they were attentive enough but not overwhelming, which I loved because I too am in the business. Very pleased. Have not been to this particular location but have been to the one in Boston and this one was very good. The food quality here surpasses what you usually find in a typical sports bar. They offer a great selection of draft beers, including several local options. The service is efficient, but the noise level indoors can get quite loud. The fish and chips and fish tacos are consistently excellent choices, and our teenagers really enjoyed the tuna poke bowl as well.
Food was good but sitting with dirty dishes in front of you after eating was a disappointment. Would have stayed longer but didn't want to be surrounded by dirty dishes. Waitress kept walking by looking at the plates but never took them away.

It's a sports bar that doesn't play any of the sports commentary or sounds, which is really frustrating! Also, they allow kids to sit in the bar area.
