Definitely the worst Castilla Termal of them all. Staff is not friendly and can’t be bothered to assist guests. They ask you to do everything through the site with a QR code and the web apps do not work, not a great look. The spa is way way overcrowded, never seen this in a Castilla termal hotel and was highly disappointing. The gym is literally falling apart. Rusty, broken and dated equipment purchased probably 25 years ago and left to rot. Breakfast is at the level of the brand which is incredible. Awesome staff and selection. Almost worth going only for the breakfast buffet.
Un finde espectacular, buena atención, buena comida y buen desayuno. Las habitaciones están bien pero tienen que limpiar mejor las telas de araña y algunas humedades. La piscina termal estupenda y el recorrido Balnea Romana con el paquete relax para dos, una gozada. Para repetir. Rooms: Son grandes, estilo clasico pero actual. Baño grande. Silenciosas. Nearby activities: Mina pepita, parques y la finca del Marqués de Valdecilla, Lierganes esta cerca y es bonito. La gente es muy amable. Food drinks: En el hotel comida elaborada y el desayuno buffet muy completo, variado y rico.
Tienes todo en el propio balneario. Habitaciones enormes, camas comodisimas, totalmente insonorizado, tienes para elegir hasta 4 tipos de almohada, las vistas de las habitaciones a cada cual más preciosa. La piscina termal genial está incluida en el precio si quieres otros servicios como masajes, sauna, etc. Se pagan aparte. La comida buenísima, muchos productos ecológicos y de calidad. El personal encantador.
Es un precioso lugar donde se puede disfrutar de una estancia maravillosa en pareja, o en familia y con nuestros perros... Beautiful and historical hotel in a lovely town, with clean, quiet and huge rooms. Breakfast has plenty of options, even eggs or churros a la carte. The thermal pool is a must. A great place to stay for a weekend getaway. Service: 5
