the place is very nice, a wonder. place with lots of charm and surrounded by a fantastic landscape. good attention to the staff and it's a drop. the score is for some discomfort in our rooms (2 and 3) that have deserved our stay. on 17 and 18 August the temperatures have been very low and the rooms were cold and not at a proper temperature. Not the room. 2 has an unpleasant smell of pipe that was mitigated a bit with the ozone disinfectant, being a night we celebrate. the water did not reach (in 3) a high temperature and / or with the cold of the room the shower was not very pleasant. the food (dinner and breakfast) was good and varied (perhaps olive oil is abused in all dishes as in a entre...
the hotel and its surroundings are fantastic. There is a stick and it is the road of access that is of land and is badly cared for, as well as the parking that is very small. There has also been a problem with the lack of hot water that was not solved during our stay. It would have been a detail that would have warned us of such a fault when it was detected. the positive points are the excellent kitchen of which they have, wonderful, as well as the lady of glasses that advised us, very nice and superprofessional, also the decoration so carefully filled with details and the magnificent garden with a great variety of trees and ornamental plants.

There is no luggage service although it says yes, but when you see that there is only one person in the hotel it is shameful to request it, and that it is a place with slopes and stairs to reach the rooms. or they put more personal and supplier for these small details or that eliminate a star
the charming place, we were in a junior suite that is anchored in the rock, very wide and comfortable, the views from the amazing porch and above all the tranquility that breathes. the very good cleanliness even though it is in a complicated place, was broken by the staff. Ate here for supper and it was tasty! Ate again for breakfast after staying in the castle overnight and the breakfast was plentiful. The crushed tomato dish on toast or bread was amazing!!
