Castro's Cafeteria

I’ve been eager to try Castro's Cafeteria since I returned to work in Liverpool a few months ago, and I finally had the chance! The atmosphere is fantastic, accompanied by great music, and the attentive staff ensures a pleasant experience while busy chefs craft delicious small plates and sandwiches. I sampled the mechada, and it was incredibly flavorful! I’m excited to return for a small beer, some tapas, and to enjoy a longer visit in this little slice of Spain! A delightful and lively Spanish-style tapas café. The ambiance is wonderful, with friendly and attentive staff, delicious food, and genuine Spanish music. It genuinely feels like a café transported straight from Spain, complemented by counter seating where you can see the food being prepared. However, there is limited seating beyond the counter, but due to its popularity, I expect an expansion in the future. Amazing staff and exceptional food! This is one of the few truly authentic Spanish restaurants in Liverpool, featuring the best tortilla you can find. The ambiance is fantastic!
