De kamer zag er netjes uit, personeelsleden waren behulpzaam, receptie sprak goed Engels. Er lag een fles water en die was gratis. Bij de eerste nacht was er een lekkage in de badkamer, met handdoek hebben we het geluid gedempt. De volgende dag de receptie verteld. We hebben voor deze hotel gekozen, omdat er een buitenbad was, helaas was die niet in gebruik, wegens renovatie. Expedia heeft dit niet vermeld, volgens de receptie is dat vermeld op hun website?? Helaas jammer. Het uitzicht van de hotelkamer naar buiten waren stalen van verbouwing, jammer. We mochten de ramen niet openen.
This hotel is in a fantastic location it's walking distance from all of the main attractions including Casa Mila and Batllo, Sagrada Familia, the Gothic Quarter, etc. It's also within walking distance to all the shops, many restaurants, supermarkets, etc.The staff are all very friendly and helpful we were able to check in early, but they also have the option to store luggage before/after you check in or check out. The rooms are also great; they have good air conditioning, are clean and well maintained, and they even had smart TVs where we could use chromecast to watch Netflix, etc.
Strongly advise not to stay here. My clothing gone missing, hotel offered no compensation after my multiple chase up and complaints. Hairs on bed, after changed 3 rooms, still hair on beds, unhygienic and non functional facilities with bath drainage problems in both rooms. Fuse jumped twice on one night. We reported all these issues but nothing changed or offered to us as solutions. Below standard for what it claimed to be a 4 star hotel. Terrible attitude of all staff that we reported to, they just deny responsibility.
I had a terrible experience with bedbugs in this hotel. I stayed for a couple of nights and at the beginning I thought I had an allergic reaction to their sheets detergent because my skin was red, however, when looking carefully I found bedbugs in the sheets and pillows. I have many bites now. It is incredible that this happens in a “4 stars hotel”. I don’t recommend it.

El hotel está en obras pero esto no es problema para mí El recepcionista de noche que me tocó, un tal Allan fue extremadamente desagradable y esto hizo que la experiencia no me gustara en absoluto
Stanno ristrutturando, le camere vecchie non sono comunque male. Ottima posizione e personale gentile.
Hotel excelente. Buena ubicación. El Staff es amable y las habitaciones son cómodas.
