Three scallops on a plank of bacon that was tough once I sawed into it I could barely chew it. Ordered a bottle of wine, there were four people we ordered a second bottle but had to select a different wine because there wasn’t a second bottle of what we already had. Waiter sloshed the new wine into the wine I already had in my glass. The owner began berating the waitress to give us new glasses, well it was a little late. The salads were very good, my friends all seemed happy with their entrees, hence the mixed review.
The food, the service, the atmosphere was excellent. We just felt like we were rushed. It was New Year's Eve and we thought we could have at least time to enjoy our delicious meal. We love the restaurant but would like more time to enjoy.
Meal was a clever manipulation of a common dish with a brilliant presentation. The crab soup was outstanding. Service was attentive and knowledgeable. If in Scranton, we highly recommend this Restaurant.
The host needs to stop hovering; it’s quite unsettling. We felt pressured to leave and ended up finishing our meal before we were actually done just to make him go away.

Great experience! Great food, great service, great atmosphere. First Friday entertainment with the Marko Marcinko Combo just topped the night.
This is a fantastic spot to eat before heading to the theater. It's just a short walk away, and the food is delicious with quick service.
