Absolutely amazing! I went there on Thursday for the first time and I was blown away the food smelled and looked great and it tasted unbelievably delicious. I had a pita with falafel that I took ‘to go’ and that was my worst decision, because after having it at home, I wish I had more than one sandwich! I should have ordered at least two, although I don’t know if I could fit it all in my body... Service was very nice, polite and helpful the lady, who served me, will definitely see me again at the restaurant and I will add her name, when I find out who she is. And the place is super clean. Thank you CAVA!
cava has tons of vegan options, the format is similar to chipotle in as they choose what they want. I thought the prices, portions and eating were really good! the paper menus they have provided highlight the vegan options with a w. the personal is about the options vegan as well as know. pretty much everything they expect to be vegan is so there are not many surprises there!
I went in rather than wait for my coworker in the car while he got his lunch. Wasn't hungry at all until I saw the food!! The samples I tried did not disappoint. Food is really fresh, flavorful and the staff was very friendly, attentive and smiled often all of which are highly uncommon these days. I plan on getting lunch there a lot more and just added CAVA to my favorites.
I order from CAVA regularly, usually delivery. Not only are the meals really tasty, they’re also healthy and filling. I almost always get either a salad or greens and grains bowl with braised lamb, because the braised lamb is halal. The staff has also always been friendly whenever I’ve been inside the restaurant.

Skimpy portions of protein and veggies too many pita chips and tomato felt like a tomato pita salad. Not like when I order in person. Hardly any lettuce greens and I ordered the salad!
The rice and falafel were undercooked, the green sauce and hummus were extremely salty. My order was not ready on time and the staff was extremely rude in their response.
Food is great, service is great! I have Celiac and have to eat gluten free. They gave me food from untouched batches and I was able to eat. Food was delicious!
it is great if it is not vegan / vegetarian. there are options for both, so everyone is happy. I wish they had at least one more dive option.

cava reminds me of a Mediterranean chipotle. I love the hummus, rice and the Pita bread. so good together in a bowl.
