We went to the restaurant about 45 minutes before closing.. They were out of a lot of things.. The grill was off and they had started cleaning up. When we tried to give our order they acted like we were bothing them. Many of the staff were cleaning up.. One of our bowls had lamb. There is a $4 up charge.. Fine.. But you should get the same amount as if it was any other protien. We had ask for more.. A few times.. Then they rushes us to pay.. And didn't have many of the drinks. This did happen over the summer.. Haven't been back since. Waiting for the bowie location to open!!
This is the worst, ever when it comes to DoorDash or Uber eats they don't pay attention to nothing and they don't listen. This is the fifth time I have paid extra for avocado and they don't put it on there so this time I decided to call and they don't answer the phone. What type of restaurant doesn't answer the phone but keeps taking my money for avocado and don't put it on there and doesn't want to give me a refund.

Never a bad bowl at CAVA! I order online and then drive thru to the window for pickup. Sometimes they forget my utensils or my free side pita, but it is rare. I miss the regular meatballs that they had. Always fresh though.
I depend on this Cava for my lunch; the staff are trulybeautiful proplr, very diligent yet personable; I use the drive up wi dow; I'm always greeted with a smile; special kudos to Myrna, who keeps things moving smoothly...
