I finally tried cava a couple of months ago and their food is delicious, filling, and fresh. The reason for 4 stars is the customer service. I usually order in person and when I ask for pita chips, I was charged every time even though they are supposed to come free with a bowl order. Last week I ordered online for pickup and saw that the pita chips is a FREE side option so I opted in. I go to pick up and order and of course the chips were not included. I kindly reminded the staff at the register that my order should have included two orders is pita chips. He looked at the receipt and then tried to charge me for it. As a lamb enthusiast, I was thrilled to find two distinct lamb entrees during my visit, making it a truly delightful experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain each dish. There was one particularly charming server who, every time she emerged from the kitchen, seemed to be munching on something. I ordered online for my boyfriend to pickup after shopping at Trader Joe’s and the grain and protein I ordered were not available. Rather than texting me right away to get a substitution they did not start making the order until he arrived to pick it up. He ordered his bowl as a walk-in and got the protein I had ordered. By the time they got around to making my pre-ordered bowl they had none left and they replaced it with a cheaper ingredient. I was not refunded the difference in price. I stop in frequently after work and always have a great experience. The staff is friendly and accommodating whether it be take out or eat in. Their food is always delicious and the place is spotless! Kinda surprising considering how much foot traffic they get.. Oh and the patio area is a great addition to this place.. I could go on and on.. Thanks and keep up the great work! I'm always looking for healthy options. This place is great! I come here regularly and love it. The employees are always very kind and helpful. They have a lot of different ingredients to choose from. My faves are the create your own bowl with honey chicken or meatballs. A perfect addition to the dining options at Suburban Square.
Cava is like a higher-quality Chipotle, but for Greek Mediterranean cuisine. The staff is fast, efficient, and friendly. The atmosphere can be lively during peak hours, and there’s seating available both indoors and outdoors. If you’re looking for a quick lunch, Cava is the perfect spot.
Confrontational attitude and service when I politely asked for 1 more scoop of hummus. Server calmed down at the end and suggested crispy potato sticks. Paid $22 for rice bowl with extra braised lamb+avocado after getting audited for my 3/3 hummus toppings.

I have been to this restaurant frequently and have never had a bad meal. The clean and friendly atmosphere is what has me coming back. I have also gotten take out and the service was top notch!
