I had the opportunity to visit Neuvic's sturgeon farm a year ago and taste the caviar produced there and loved it. Passing through the city center of Bordeaux, I fell by chance in front of their restaurant, an exceptional place, and let me try. It is true that nature, the caviar is delicious, but accompanying a well prepared dish is sublime. I opted for caviar tartar. Top flavors. And since the experience was more than conclusive, the next day we returned for a caviar brunch. No need to be an oligarch, it's really accessible for who wants to be happy. The service was friendly and thoughtful. Everything I love. In these troubled times, I'm glad this caviar is French and not Russian HAHAHA.
A really nice moment. A warm welcome, an exceptional discovery. The frame is very nice. The lady at the reception... so there... low hat she's of kindness, professionalism, sympathy. We were with my pregnant wife and a four-and-a-half-year-old child, she didn't see any inconvenience to adapt. From his young age my son was given explanations and was accompanied in his caviar tasting by this charming lady. The price quality ratio is reasonable the products are cooked with great accuracy. I recommend and thank you Madam of the fan.
What a beautiful discovery! subtle flavors and a service made with passion. nothing better to make an excellent meal, while learning about sturgeon and its precious eggs. I take the opportunity to suggest to try the condrieu, white vin of vine viognier, from the valley of the rhône with the caviar .... can be a beautiful alchemy in perspective?
