I had a 6h layover at CDG airport, terminal K. I was looking for a nice restaurant where I could enjoy a whiskey and light food but all I could find was cafe. Then I went to the other side of the Hermes store and I found this spot. I had a few shots of Chivas and some delicious salmon. The server was really nice and help me chose the food. It's a bit pricey but it's a nice place to kill time. I spent about 3 hours there. The only inconvenience is that there are no plugs around the table to charge electronic devices. They should definitely install some.
