CAYA Smoke House Grill

C.A.Y.A's menu has changed since our last visit, but the same excellent grill and smoked meals remain. one of the new elements in the menu was the texas charcuterie board. it was a good opportunity to arrange our friends who had never eaten there before the many numbers of tasty smoked that C.A.YA famous for their brisket, ripen and pulled swath together with a lot of accompanying pages. the burnt ending served with a searettich sauce were our favorite and they are highly recommended.

the food and the service were great. the st. louis rib were perfectly smoked and very tasteful. the mac and cheese side was quite brilliant together with the truffle friries. it was not very busy, which led to a relatiw subdued atmosphere. Finally, it was a cold, snow-covered winter night. Maybe it's more electric when weather is warmer. all those said we enjoyed ourselves and will probably come back to try others.

What an absolute treasure of a find this place is! I was in town for a convention and BBQ sounded good. This place was AMAZING. You NEED to order the burnt ends immediately. It’s a classic BBQ JOINT but the food is a couple notches more upscale. Everything was absolutely fantastic, including the craft cocktails. Our waiter, who I believe was the co-owner, well…I want him to adopt me.

Great food and service. They were very accommodating. Some of the recipes and food offerings have changed since pre-pandemic (Mac n cheese and cornbread have changed and they no longer have collard greens) but still very good menu items. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

An outstanding dinner. I had their salmon and my better half had their beef brisket along with the best creamed corn side that she's ever had. Both meals, along with the service, were outstanding. We'll definitely be back. Larry Rushton

Loved the pulled pork sandwhich. Not so much the fries. Rest of fam had the Alabama Yardbird sandwhich. They liked it, but found the chicken to be a bit chewy. Tator tots were better than the fries. Loved the Fried oreos.

good food, fun atmosphere. it was very loud, so it was hard to hear each other and place was not just no sound barriers. I'm going back.
