The scratched pie is really exceptional, I highly recommend it! On the other hand, we have always been delighted with the restaurant, as well as dishes like the service. We were only disappointed once the terrace service clearly left to be desired, both in wait times and in operation. Some wanted to eat stuffed pies but no one came back to ask them what they wanted (after the first they shared, our bottle of wine was not opened, we never had the carafes of water or other drinks requested... We also questioned on a dish: salmon potato cakes where between 2 plates, the amount of double salmon between the two... We'll always come back, hoping this incident was just a passenger.
It had been years since I had not come to Hans’ house, I had a very good memory... and for this return and well I was not disappointed!!! Quality dish, and everything is fresh and homemade. The pies are excellent, in aperitif it is top!!! The bites to the queen are divine and very "fines" they do not lead the stomach as one could imagine for a dish of the genus; the Rosbif honors this traditional Alasacian dish. When staff are particularly friendly and reactive, I congratulate. A very strong recommendation for this restaurant that is worth the detour to eat in a quality Alsatian tradition restaurant.
Really delighted to have been able to discover your restaurant a big thank you to the waiter that we find a table at 7pm despite we had no reservation, the smile from the beginning to the end of what pleasure! The dishes are delicious and hearty, you feel at home very quickly!
The first thing to do is to book even a Sunday evening. Great reception, the dishes are excellent served, very good wine card, and the choice of black pinot. I recommend the address.
