This Cecil's used to be our favorite pizza spot. The food was consistently delicious, and they always had great deals for our family. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, now that it's under new ownership, our experiences have declined significantly. We tried to give it a chance, but even after a few months, the food isn't nearly as good as it used to be, and the staff is no longer accommodating. They've even stopped offering the deals we loved. When we inquired about it, they claimed they reduced prices to compensate, but the prices are definitely not lower. We're so disappointed that we’ve lost our favorite pizza place.
I placed an order online, and the delivery driver placed our pizza and salad on the ground, took a picture, and rang our doorbell before walking away, all in under a minute. I specifically chose for the order to be handed to me, but when I called the restaurant to address this issue, I was repeatedly hung up on. This experience was disappointing, so I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
Cecil Whittaker's Pizzeria does not accept special requests such as "well done" for cooking. Their call center focuses solely on payment methods, like cash or credit card, and won’t let you discuss your order details—only special instructions. This is quite different from the usual experience when ordering from a menu.
You can not add special instructions like cook well done and call center just wants to know I if paying by cash or credit card, you can't talk to anyone about the order just placed for special instructions. Do not like call center for ordering at all!!

I really enjoy the pizza here, and the staff are pretty great too. We always order the T-Tavs and Bosco sticks! I love this place, even though it’s a bit pricey. The pick-up window and pizza tracker are nice touches as well.
Fast service and prep for pickup was accurate and thoughtful! Salads were separate from warm items, chicken was packed separately from salad. It's the small things! Thank you for all your hard work! ????????
I love this pizza! And the workers here are pretty cool. We always get the T-tavs and Bosco sticks too! Love this place even if it is a little pricey. Like the pick up window and pizza tracker as well.
Medium Deluxe Pizza, very delicious, it was my first time. Mushrooms, bell peppers, bacon, maybe even more ingredients, can't remember since it was 3wks ago and I'm just now posting about it.

I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. They completely messed up my order and then hung up when I tried to contact them. It was a terrible experience.
If you like Kraft cheese pizza on cardboard then go here. This place is hot as in hot trash. It makes Totino's microwave pizza look like a dream.
