Whether you are ftom Wisconsin or not, this cheese shop is so much fun to visit! They have so many choices of specialty dishes of cheese, and Cedar Crest ice cream, they also offer other Wisconsin favorites. You have a good Wisconsin wine selection and a really sweet gift shop if you are looking for a great gift! You can even eat or go ice cream! Primary hours are 8 am to 6 pm 7 days a week and in summer Fridays are open up to 7. They are directly on Hwy 57 and Jay Rd, very convenient location. Look at her!

We bought several sharp cheddars, including an amazing horseradish and dill block, dill and garlic cheese curds, and another block that was aged 12 years. You have a selection of cheese that is pretty good. I was in other cheese shops with more, but it wasn't spicy either. There were other gift shop types of things. They had candy and some nostalgic items, fudge and kitchen items. Some things I felt were overpriced, but not completely inappropriate. The bathroom was clean, the store was clean and beautiful looking. We couldn't see how cheese is made. I didn't see that.
