Yes, It was sirloin,,,YES,,, but at home we cut it up for stew. A person who orders very rare is not the first nor the one who has eaten beef sirloin for sixty years. Sirloin lovers have in mind that tender piece of beef, about 10 cm or so and 4 or 5 cm thick. I am even more stupid for not returning it, a 10 for the cook who gave it to the village idiot.

This is the best DQ in Edmonton. Burgers freshly prepared. Soft serve firm. Hardworking staff. Building is quite dated, but they make up for it with their food.
