We had a meal consisting of the set menu, consisting of appetizers, main dishes and desserts. It was all wonderful. The restaurant served us a small appetizer with olives. We ordered as appetizers fried calamari, and croquetas of chicken and of cheese. Spanish croquetas have a thin crunchy breaded coat over a pasty filling. Both types were savory, and the cheese croquetas were filled with a kind of blue cheese, which kept its distinctive flavor but was not overpowering. Two groups of two diners shared two of the signature dishes at the restaurant: seafood paella, and seafood fideua. The waiter we had is what’s holding this place together. I don’t mean that the food is bad, but it’s just not inspired. I would never send out plates like this chef does. Fish without a single complement (and without offering one) bread from a bag from the freezer. My wife had the rape a la plancha. (Good) I had bacalao with pine nuts- also nicely cooked. But we won’t be back. There are too many places in Palamós that care much more about what and how things come out of the kitchen.
El restaurante Celler de la Planassa esta ubicado en Palamós dentro de Girona en España. Dicho restaurante cuenta con unos productos de la lonja de Palamós, en Cava de Cigarros. Esto es lo que lo hace un restaurante diferente, además de su muy buena atención por parte de todo el personal de servicio que se encuentra en el salón (y claramente atrás tambien).
Un gusto en todos los sentidos, camarero muy atento a todo y con gran nivel, comida estupenda y postres todavía mejor. Precio medio alto pero totalmente coherente con el servicio. Nada más que añadir muchísimas gracias

El Restaurant està obert migdia de 13 a 16 i vespres de 20:30 a 22:30.Dit això, arròs espectacular, postres espectaculars i tracte exquisit.Per repetir. Local acollidor.
Lovely service, lovely food. Basically traditional Catalan seaside cuisine which have been improved on a bit, with a few meat dishes. Good wine list, decent prices.
