I had the worst experience with customer service at this restaurant. They refused to serve me food because I had my vitamin drink with me. It's hard to believe that the owner is so desperate for money. I was planning to take my food to go, and I would have bought a drink there if they had it. The person taking my order was extremely rude and didn't even allow me to speak. It was really frustrating. I won't be returning! There are plenty of other restaurants in town! I ended up finding a much better option on Slason and Holmes by the metro station.
The food was excellent, but the service was quite slow. They provide an estimated time for your order, but it takes much longer than expected. I waited 40 minutes for three cemitas. If you're not in a hurry, be ready for a long wait. However, if you are in a rush, this place may not be the right choice for you.

The cemitas are very tasty, but we had to wait around 30 minutes for two of them, despite there being only a handful of customers. This is definitely an area that could use improvement. Also, there are no restrooms available.

I was very disappointed with my experience. The prices were steep, and the food lacked flavor. I ordered a milanesa cemita for $13, but the meat was as tough as a rock. I wouldn't recommend this place and won’t be returning.
This charming little place is certainly worth a visit. I had the sopes de asada and the cemita poblana de carnitas, and both were incredibly tasty and authentic. Food rating: 4/5.
