I had the worst experience with customer service at this restaurant. They refused to serve me food because I had my vitamin drink with me. It's hard to believe that the owner is so desperate for money. I was planning to take my food to go, and I would have bought a drink there if they had it. The person taking my order was extremely rude and didn't even allow me to speak. It was really frustrating. I won't be returning! There are plenty of other restaurants in town! I ended up finding a much better option on Slason and Holmes by the metro station.
The food was excellent, but the service was quite slow. They provide an estimated time for your order, but it takes much longer than expected. I waited 40 minutes for three cemitas. If you're not in a hurry, be ready for a long wait. However, if you are in a rush, this place may not be the right choice for you.
The food lacks flavor, and the customer service is quite impolite. The cleanliness of the restaurant is also disappointing. I cannot recommend this place, as it would be a waste of your money. I suggest looking for a better location to enjoy a meal with your family.

The cemitas are fantastic, but we had to wait around 30 minutes for two of them, despite there being only a handful of customers at the time. This could certainly use some improvement. Also, there are no restrooms available.
