I had the worst experience with customer service at this restaurant. They refused to serve me food because I had my vitamin drink with me. It's hard to believe that the owner is so desperate for money. I was planning to take my food to go, and I would have bought a drink there if they had it. The person taking my order was extremely rude and didn't even allow me to speak. It was really frustrating. I won't be returning! There are plenty of other restaurants in town! I ended up finding a much better option on Slason and Holmes by the metro station.
The cashier had an extremely poor attitude. I ordered a cemita and hibachi to share with my daughter and requested that the avocado be placed on the side. She responded with rude gestures, making it seem as if I had asked for something overly complicated. When it came time to pay, she almost snatched the money from my hand. Overall, the customer service was very disappointing.
The food was excellent, but the service was quite slow. They provide an estimated time for your order, but it takes much longer than expected. I waited 40 minutes for three cemitas. If you're not in a hurry, be ready for a long wait. However, if you are in a rush, this place may not be the right choice for you.
Perhaps it’s just my experience, but I ordered the milanesa cemita for takeout and live only about 10 minutes away from the restaurant. By the time I got home, the food was cold, and on top of that, it lacked any flavor. The milanesa was quite chewy and not seasoned properly.

The cemitas are very tasty, but we had to wait around 30 minutes for two of them, despite there being only a handful of customers. This is definitely an area that could use improvement. Also, there are no restrooms available.
