Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Cento at this time. Despite its perfect location, I am hopeful that the restaurant will improve in the future. This was my third visit to Cento, and I continue to be disappointed by the menu. The lack of salad options was a letdown, but they did offer a nice house salad upon request. However, I was disappointed to find that there were no vegetarian options on the menu without cheese or meat. When inquiring about this, I was told that the only option available was off-menu al dente spaghettini with plain red sauce. I have dined at many Italian restaurants with dietary restrictions in the past, so it was disappointing to see the lack of vegetarian options at C...
My experience at the SF Restaurant week Lunch was fantastic. The appetizer was a delightful plant-based dish, which was surprisingly delicious. The main dish was mini ravioli filled with pork and chicken in a delicious sauce. Although we initially didn't enjoy the Italian red wine we ordered, the waitress kindly replaced it with a better option. The service was excellent, possibly due to it being a weekday afternoon with fewer customers. Overall, we were satisfied with everything.
Pasta was cooked „al dente“, I liked the appetizers arancine and melanzane fritte (very nice presentation). Pizza crust was good, sauce was ok. I was surprised about the “Canolo”. If you eat them in Sicily they are unbelievable good because of the Ricotta Fresca being one of a kind. Cento Osteria had a better canolo than many other Italian restaurants outside of Italy. Overall Cento Osteria served quite authentic food.
The food and service at this restaurant are consistently excellent. The menu offers unique and interesting options, making dining here a pleasurable experience. It was bustling with customers the last time we were there, indicating strong support from the community. The restaurant's convenient location near the neighborhood and public transit adds to its appeal.

An alarm went off and it took them a solid 10-15 minutes to deactivate. In addition to making me listen to the loud alarm, they also made me wait around 45 minutes for my meal. The food was also not too good, the pasta was basically udon with a watery sauce and mussels. Not a great way to spend my last 2919 dinner. I was given a free dessert which I appreciated.
Ausgezeichnetes Essen, obwohl die Portionen etwas klein waren. Auch mein Hauptgericht kam eine gute Minute nach denen meiner beiden Mitgäste an. Wir haben im Freien unter zwei Heizungen gegessen und waren sehr komfortabel. Die Preise waren moderat, also würde ich zurückkehren
The food was fair. One of the dishes came out cold and dry, as if it had been sitting on the counter for a while. The service was extremely slow and inattentive.
The food and service was fantastic. Tomas took great care of the four of us. I highly recommend Cento! It was a great pre-game destination!!

Food was very good and the staff very friendly. Will be my go to restaurant for fun atmosphere and great food.
Like dining in Italy without having to endure the plane ride.
