Had a great time while there, but: When we came to get our pieces, they lost 1/3 of our items. They seemed to imply they gave it to the wrong person, even though we had a matching design set and the id number was clearly marked underneath as requested. We noticed that the studio was really disorganized. The clerk didn't seem to have any next steps to offer us, so we had to ask them what happens now. He tried giving us a random one of the same piece type that someone else made, which would have made another person not have their item? So we declined that... He then told us he'd reimburse only that one piece, but when we asked if they were going to try and find it seeing as it was only potenti...
The activity was pleasant (because painting on ceramics is pleasant), but the service was very bad. We waited quite a bit at the door without really knowing what to do while there were employees discussing their weekend among themselves (we could hear their conversation). Someone finally explained to us briefly how to do it, but we had the impression of being left to our own devices without really knowing what to do. We waited 10 minutes at our table without anyone coming to explain to us what to do so I finally went to see them. They were all in a big gang chatting without taking care of the customers. I found the experience ordinary let's say...
Excellent moments spent with family to make a gift received at Christmas. We appreciated the way it was managed, the instructions for achieving success with our ceramics, the extraordinary choices of colors, varieties of brushes, ceramic models... The snacks eaten and drunk were perfect as was the service! The only complaint is a lot of noise and children screaming, but having been on vacation, it's ultimately normal! If you want to go with adults, find a better time slot! Ha...also, it's a shame to have to wait 10 days to get our baked masterpieces!
I have been going there for many years I am never disappointed. It is a fun and creative activity. Minor downsides: Last time, I realized that the tables are too small and the space between them is inadequate. There is also a lack of a changing room. Large amount of choice But they have to pay by the hour, which makes it far too stressful an experience. Personally, when I go to a ceramic café, it is to relax and not to relieve pressure. And their paint takes a lot longer to dry than other ceramic cafes I've been to.
The activity is pleasant. However, there is a shortage of staff and the cleanliness of the toilets leaves something to be desired.
