My mom and I visited on a Sunday around 10:30 am and had to wait about 40 minutes for a table. Some other couples who arrived just after us seemed to wait over an hour. The waiting area is in the front hallway and gets quite crowded, as there isn’t a dedicated host; the waitstaff also manage the hosting duties. The staff appeared somewhat overwhelmed, and at times, annoyed while navigating the crowded hallways to serve their tables. They don’t utilize any electronic systems for managing the waitlist; instead, they simply jot down names on a piece of paper. This restaurant is truly one-of-a-kind! You won’t find anything like it anywhere else. Today, I had the goat cheese and sweet potato omelette, along with gougères and a cappuccino. My friend ordered the duck house potatoes with eggs cooked over easy. It was a delightful way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Just be sure to arrive before 2:30 PM!
