Saturday 8/31/24 5:30pm I went to this place and the truth is I was disappointed before it was better, I ordered fish crackling but it seemed like it was just flour, it came with fries, no salad or cream at all disappointing and expensive $19 The worst service. The Peruvian boy who told me he was the owner's nephew just passed by laughing with a waitress behind the counter. My daughter had to stop to look for napkins and he never approached the table. I had to call him, since he was busy talking to the waitress the rest Food was so-so. I always come to this place with my wife. But on Saturday I went with her again and they gave us terrible service and I'm especially going to eat the seafood jelly with the tartar sauce. They gave me the food without the sauce. And after that I asked for the sauce 2 times. They told me they didn't have any and that they would fix it in a few minutes. And they brought me mayonnaise with onion. That was terrible. I couldn't finish the rest of my meal after trying that. I won't go again.
Amazing!!! The food is absolutely delicious every time I come. I have been coming to Ceviche 595 for years and it never disappoints. The ceviche is always so delicious and my favorite dish is the “Lomo Saltado”. They also have a lunch special from M-F until 5pm where you get a drink, appetizer, and main dish for $16.99.

Friendly service with amazing food! Pedro was my server and so sweet to me and my dogs. I want to have a sit down dinner at a place that was pet. Friendly in the service and food was amazing. I got the paella rice dish with enough to share! I will be back.
The food was raw and very dirty dining The owner adds involuntary tip without telling you Over the phone the meal is 15$ and when you go to pick it up, it 's 21$ because of extra tip charge and service charge
