we visited an evening and had the place for ourselves and it seemed to be just one lady who runs the show! but what a talented lady! the best pisco sours I had and the mixed seafood ceviche was simply amazing. it is more of a...café than a chic restaurant, and while the menu is quite limited (they need to like ceviche) it is really worth visiting if they want something else.
