Fivestars sent a notification of a reward that said Cha2o was going to close down on 6/30. I didn 't know if that meant for good or temporarily, but when I read the details, it said permanently.As I looked over their website, I lost count of how many times I read the words sold out on their menu. The availability of their menu items dwindled minute by minute, hour by hour until I checked the Cha2o website one final time before leaving home to see that they no longer had any eats. So I used to buy tea with boba here because they had great drinks. I don't know what happened, if it's under new ownership but I purchased 3 boba drinks online and paid about $7 each one. I wondered why so pricey, but figured ok everything is going up in price and it's worth it because their drinks are good. Picked up my 3 drinks and they were tiny cups, not regular boba sized drinks that you get at usual places for less than $7. I wouldn't have minded paying what I paid for these drinks if they were good. They were awful tasting! My daughter was also disappointed. I walked back to have them make new drinks. Received the new drinks and nope sorry to say they suck at making boba drinks! Wish...
You don't get what you paid for.. I paid $14.99 for what looks like a SMALL bowl of pho steak! It didn't come with any slices onions, no green onions, just a few strands of cilantro, thai basil leaves, bean sprouts, jalapeños, and bean sprouts and lemon.. THATS IT! Look how small the portions are.. barely ANY meat and it was super over cooked.. and barely any noodles.. I was thinking that their broth would at least help out but it's not even a typical pho broth.. no smell of star anise, no fish sauce.. just beef broth. This place is a rip off! It should be less than $10 for this pho. LOOK AT MY PICTURES!
I was glad this place made it post-Covid, but after a few recent visits....this place changed. It is not what it used to be. Gone now is the vibrant place to go anytime of the day. The food lost its savor and the drinks, the hit of this once popular place, are bland. There's other places in the same shopping center that can give you more flavor for your hard earned money. My last visit, I I ordered a simple drink: milk tea, no boba, extra sweet, and easy ice. What I got was a semi-sweet milk drink watered down with ice. I tried three times to see if it was any better...three strikes...I'm out.

I was looking forward to eating here because prior to the pandemic it was amazing. I was disappointed with the flavor of the food. We ordered everything mild and they gave us spicy so We had to send it back. The chicken wings were not fully cooked and we had to send that back to the kitchen as well. The mango tea was really good though. But unfortunately I won't be going back
On the plus side, their drinks were delicious and vibrant, although I can't recall exactly what I ordered since it was quite a while ago. The staff were great, but I didn’t appreciate the long wait times when it got busy. Nonetheless, I've finally decided to complete this review I started ages ago. Better late than never!
We tried the Cookies and Cream Smoothie with boba, and it was delicious. The food looks appealing, and we will definitely try it next time. Overall, the place is clean, the service is excellent, and there was great music playing in the background.
Best springs rolls! The vibe inside is one of a kind, relaxing and modern. Shrimp Pho was delicious, a different flavor of broth than I'm used to maybe it's Black Pepper? It was very tasty and I do recommend going if you haven't yet!

3.5 because the music was so loud, mens restroom smelled so bad I almost lost my appetite and did I mention the loud music. The food however was pretty good.
This location isn't as great as it used to be. I recently had the pho and wings, and they didn't taste as good as I remember. Could there be new staff?
