On our road trip from Paris towards Switzerland one of our stops for wine country was Chablis. We arrived unfortunately just as the farmers market closed up which was recommended. Hungry for lunch there were few options this day and the Chablis Bar was one. This is centrally located in the city and therefore convenient to grab a drink, coffee and lunch. The food was average and service was fine so it is really about location. It has both indoor and outdoor seating. If you are looking for other options the local tourism office is nearby but Sunday options were a stretch for the expert so pick another day to visit.
The exterior felt a bit touristy, but the food was well-cooked, fresh, tasty, and quick and friendly service. Food is mainly sandwiches or variations thereof. Highly recommend for a quick bite, or stay a little longer to enjoy the atmosphere and the people and vehicles passing by on the main street.

A bunch of local tradies left just as we arrived. I figured it was a good sign to have locals eat here. We didnt want anything grand - just a cheap and cheerful breakfast. Coffee was hot, croissants fresh. What more could you ask for?

Visited as we were early for a wine tasting. Had no breakfast so were desperate for a coffee. Had a lovely cuppa in nice surroundings. Can't say more as it was a flying visit!

We just popped in for a quick coffee and croissants. Basically a bar but good and friendly service and great coffee!
French bistro food, quick and simple. Good coffee. Outside terrace nice. We came for coffee and stayed for lunch
