Chai Paratha Mississauga

I visited Chai Paratha for the first time and was thoroughly impressed. The restaurant captured the authentic vibe of Karachi perfectly. We ordered a variety of items to check if they matched Karachi's style and were delighted by the results. Everything was so delicious that we kept ordering more. The lacha paratha, rabri, lassi, anday wala bun kabab, chicken biryani, and naan all transported us back to Karachi. We definitely plan to return soon to try other dishes we didn't get to this time. First time here...and first time trying Karachi cuisine at a restaurant (I know, have I been living under a rock? well, the reason being I could not handle spice until I built my tolerance recently and I'm not familiar with the cuisine which is why I'm so happy I dined here for the first time. Two ladies greeted us at the door and we had let her know we're not super familiar with the cuisine but we're really open to trying whatever and she graciously provided some help with explaining the menu, types of meats, and what certain words meant. First thing I have to say is customer service is top of the line. I have never seen any owner so involved with their customers. I did not feel I was meeting them for the first time. Their compassion towards their customers during Sehri was commendable. People were coming in last minute for sehri and owners making sure everyone was taken care of shows their passion for their work. We were given to try complimentary flavors of in-house ice cream and karak chai. Paratha was outstanding never had such parathas anywhere. Love the ambiance, food and the people working here. We passed by the location multiple times, but today we planned to go to CP for brunch. Ordered their special platter and we received great quality food, generous portions. Loved their karak chai! 100% Karachi food flavours. We also tried their fresh ice cream(date flavoured), creamy and flavourful! I came with my friends to celebrate eid. Excellent food. Every dish we ordered Was very delicious. Customer service from Tahir is par excellence.Very nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Will visit again for sure . Great atmosphere and food at very reasonable prices. The host was very hospitable and we didn't feel rushed. It was a nice time, definitely a good place to go with family. Great traditional chai paratha. They need a bigger place. The host “Tahir” was great in accommodating our group of 20 on Canada Day and we thoroughly enjoyed the food and service. Good Job !
