Das Chalet ist schön, aber es fehlt an Dekoration, die erwartet wird, wenn man von einem alpinen Chalet spricht. Was die Mahlzeit betrifft, nahm ich Chalet Pasta, ehrlich enttäuscht, es erinnerte mich mehr an Carbonara Pasta.. für mich, Chalet Pasta ist mit Makkaroni und vor allem sieht es nicht wie Carbonara. Wir nahmen eine 1/2 Platte Käse, und ehrlich gesagt ist es nicht den Preis wert. Für die Käsekruste war das Brot trocken, es fehlte Weißwein, und der Schinken drinnen war wirklich nicht gut. Es gibt leider ein Mangel an Personal für sie, wir warteten 30min, bevor sie uns fragen, was wir trinken möchten, haben wir die Gelegenheit, das Abendessen gleichzeitig zu bestellen. Went it the place for a business lunch. He drive to top of the is a little bit too long but worth. The view from the hill is spectacular, we saw 3 lakes, but rumors say in good weather you can see seven. The restaurant is pleasant, look authentic and rustic. We went with the traditional Swiss fondue 250 gram Cheese per person with simple locally baked bread. I don’t count the consumes cholesterol, you shouldn’t do it either once in a while you can allow it. If you want a wonderful evening, go for it, make sure you have nice weather and good visibility and enjoy the mighty Switzerland offerings: nature, beauty and cheese. You will not be disappointed.
My colleagues took me to this little known place, more for locals than tourist. We walked up to the top of the hill where the view of the sunset over both lakes were amazing, accompanied by the soundtrack of the gentle cowbells. The menu was simple but the fondue is an amazing mix, the dessert of meringue with double cream was to die for. Staff were extremely friendly as were the locals in the next table. A hidden gem.
Don´t just go for the food, go for the view and take an hour of extra time to climb the top (easy hike). The food is rather basic and nothing special. Menu is limited. We had cheese fondue. We would recommend one portion per two people unless you are really hungry and can stomach a lot of cheese. (don't forget the alcohol in the fondue)... All in all a nice experience. This chalet d 'alpage fits perfectly into the surroundings. No special decor except the dozens of cowbells hanging from the ceiling. The menu is short and nothing elaborate but the food is of very good quality and the service impeccable and with a smile. Don 't go there without taking the hike of ca. 15 min. to the top. The view is breathtaking.
Das Personal ist an diesem Oktoberabend sehr freundlich und effizient. Andererseits muss ich leider sagen, dass das Fondue (immerhin 24 Franken) mittelmäßig ist. Sehr wenig Geschmack und Konsistenz. Es ist jedoch kein schwieriges Gericht zuzubereiten. Ich glaube, der verwendete Käse ist nicht von guter Qualität. Es ist schade.
Übermäßig langer Service in der Tat 1h30 des Wartens mit einem Service, der etwas zu wünschen übrig lässt und die Gerichte waren nicht unglaublich angesichts ihres Preises (kleine Portion, wenig Geschmack), Ich empfehle nicht!!
