Ich war dort für ein Geschäftsessen. Es geht hinauf, es ist zu lang, aber es lohnt sich. Der Blick auf den Hügel ist spektakulär, wir sahen 3 Seen, aber bei gutem Wetter sagen sie, dass man sieben sehen kann. Das Restaurant ist angenehm, authentisch und rustikal. Wir haben das traditionelle Schweizer Fondue mit 250 Gramm Käse pro Person und einfachem, lokal gebackenem Brot genossen. Ich zähle nicht das konsumierte Cholesterin, sie sollten es auch nicht tun, denn sie erlauben es. Wenn sie einen schönen Abend verbringen wollen, müssen sie sicherstellen, dass sie schönes Wetter haben und die Schweizer Angebote genießen: Natur, Schönheit und Käse. Sie werden nicht enttäuscht sein.
Went it the place for a business lunch. He drive to top of the is a little bit too long but worth. The view from the hill is spectacular, we saw lakes, but rumors say in good weather you can see seven. The restaurant...is pleasant, look authentic and rustic. We went with the traditional Swiss fondue gram Cheese per person with simple locally baked bread. I don’t count the consumes cholesterol, you shouldn’t do it either once in a while you can allow it. If you want a wonderful evening, go for it, make sure you have nice weather and good visibility and enjoy the mighty Switzerland offerings: nature, beauty and cheese. You will not be disappointed.
My colleagues took me to this little known place, more for locals than tourist. We walked up to the top of the hill where the view of the sunset over both lakes were amazing, accompanied by the soundtrack of the gentle cowbells. The menu was...simple but the fondue is an amazing mix, the dessert of meringue with double cream was to die for. Staff were extremely friendly as were the locals in the next table. A hidden gem.
We started with a ramble up to the top of the Dent De Vaulion, drinking in the spectacular views across the Lakes and on to the Alps. A Fine view of Mont Blanc to be had from here (and the restaurant terrace). It was a...hot day so we were looking for some cold drinks and perhaps a bite to eat but when we were saw the Fondue on offer, it looked to good to pass up on. And it was excellent. Dieses Chalet d'Alpage passt perfekt in die Umgebung. Keine besondere Dekoration, außer den Dutzenden von Kuhglocken, die am Deck hängen. Die Speisekarte ist kurz und unkompliziert, aber das Essen ist von sehr guter Qualität und der Service perfekt und mit einem Lächeln. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit, die Wanderung von etwa 15 Minuten nach oben zu machen. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend.
go not only to eat, go to the view and take an hour extra time to climb the top (light walk). eating is quite simple and nothing special. the menu is limited. we had cheese fondue. we would recommend a part per two, unless they are really hungry and can like a lot of cheese. (don't forget the alcohol in fondue). all in all a beautiful experience.
