we were before this restaurant and had always a good experience, but today they settled. two of four meals were co!d. we sent one back to be warmed, but when he came back, the lame was understated and hard. I would not be harassed to send it a second time back, as my fellow human beings were halfway through their Mea!s. I didn't eat it and explain why when they erased the table, but they still contain it on the bill and no amount contest made a difference. the manager would not join us and instead send the very sweet waitress. bad shape and disappointing behavior. let's not go back. we're just money.
we came with a small child and tried to take a table in themselves (all tables were free), but they said there was no service inside, because there were many people sitting outside the wtf! and outside there was no place for people. Finally we managed to find a table and again on rude wisely said that the table is usually served only with drinks, but only for us it would be so friendly to serve very bad service for the price approx. times higher than the average level in the region. the food was in order, but again overpriced.
We visited during lunchtime which was busy but we were able to get seated straightaway. Staff were extremely helpful and did all they could to make our visit pleasant. Service was prompt and the food was great. Portions were generous and the food was tasty!...I was impressed with the cost of the food given the location you could expect to pay a lot more. There was welcoming and friendly atmosphere between staff and guests, making even more of a great place to enjoy lunch.
Positives-Nice views and clean toilets. Negatives-surly unhelpful staff, very little heating in the ‘poly tunnel’, menu boring, very expensive and not worth it (happy to pay for good but this wasn’t really, for fries and Caesar salad) food was average at best, service slow....Should have been a good experience at the top of the beautiful mountain but felt like taking advantage of tourists. My advice is to keep skiing downhill for lunch!

My advice: the landscape is nice, so just go there with your own food and your own drinks ‘cause you’ll wait a very long time to place an order there. Waiters just ignore you, we’ve called them for mins before they come. And at...first attempt, when asked for a soft white wine, the waitress gave us the menu saying « no wine is soft here, look the menu so you can notice » and she left without taking the order !!!
we ordered steaks and lamb shell (souris dagneau boiled for hours) and they were all very chewing (even if the steaks saignant were ordered we were trying to share with the manager our opinion so that they can improve the quality of the meat. spoil, but she shut us off. is fantastic. server are nice (but not the manager)
They couldn't cope with the crowd there and staff stressed out, waited minutes for bbq sausage, frozen chips and bit of salad. Completely overpriced. Charged for small bottle of water (should have insisted on tap water maybe. Nice terrace outside thou, but wont...go back
Horrible experience ... got special treatment by the manager which could not have been be worse. Even waiter confirmed afterwards that she is an a... and she will leave to five another job. Avoid at all cost; there are many other nice places in this...ski area.

crisp with chocolate filling was raw, tasteless and dry. service was typical French, quite rude and slow. I'd go somewhere else.
Stopped here for a coffee. Big mistake very expensive and very weak, tasteless coffee. This place exudes cynicism.
