J’ai passer un excellent jour de l’an avec mon mari. Personnels à l’écoute service de chambre discret. Un hôtel 4 étoiles superbe avec petit attention du propriétaire des produits de bain de très grande qualité je reviendrai avec plaisir en famille. Séjour impeccable se terminant ce soir. Seul bémol et pas des moindres, la serveuse du soir (jeune femme brune avec une queue de cheval) hautaine et fort désagréable qui n’hésite pas à se montrer glaciale à notre table mais à celles d’à coté aussi. Ce qui nous a vraiment surpris. Sinon le reste est vraiment à la hauteur et impeccable. Rooms: 5 Service: 3 Location: 5
Perfect location to enjoy the resort of Combloux. Very comfortable rooms with a breathtaking Mont Blanc view. Only the restaurant is in my sense below the rest of the hotel's services. Je n'ai profité que du resto, n'ayant pas pris de chambre dans cet hôtel. Mais le personnel est vraiment très gentil, serviable, attentionné! Rien à redire. Continuez!
