This is a tale of two restaurants, both mysteriously located in exactly the same place. We came here three nights, and had enjoyed the first two so much, we decided to come back for our final meal before leaving On our previous occasions we had eaten a wide selection of fish (such as the rape frito and the sardines), vegetables (deep fried aubergines and peppers) and salads. The owner, the eponymous Vicente in the Chambao de Vicente , has a remarkable resemblance to King Philip of Spain. Like the King, he is also very nice, warm and engaging. The service was impeccable, the restaurant very comfortable and we had possibly the best table in the house facing the full sweep of the beautiful La Herradura Bay. So far 5 star. The food did not quite fit the occassion, but given the context and the setting, the bar was set very high. At least it wasn 't over-priced like some of the other sea-facing restaurants in the bay area. It also wasn 't, important for me, pretentious. It did not pretend to be something it was not. Restaurante elegante, con vistas preciosas al mar. Nosotros estuvimos de noche, pero la vista seguía siendo increíble. El trato de los camareros ha sido excepcional, amigables y rápidos. La comida deliciosa, por fin un plato de gambas al pilpil que pica de verdad. Por lo tanto teneis clienta fija. Muchas gracias por la buena atención.

Uno de los mejores sitios de La Herradura. La atención y el servicio inmejorables. Y la comida muy bien. Recomendable.
