The person was very very rude, for just changing the reservation, he close the phone in my face as client going to them for the past 5 years, where is the respect and the loyalty for the clients, it’s a big disappointment after many years of a client loyalty and telling the people about this place, shame on them, never ever anymore. It’s all about loyalty and servicing the clients. I hope who answer the phone one day will understand what this is mean. We are ten people and at the end he will say I will cancel, that’s so funny if your are so busy why you don’t give someone else to answer the phone, and why you need to be rude and disrespectful.
The food is so good in a cozy modern mountain atmosphere I was here many times with my family with my husband alone and even with a group of friends in the small room next to the kitchen: That was so nice! Always had a good time. The traditional dishes are really good!
At a time when some places rely on their location only, this little gem surprised us with excellence in everything! The pumpkin soup, the safran or truffle sauces, the friendly service, very cosy atmosphere and even the pricing at lunch! Definitely a must go!
Great place. Really nice staff all very welcoming. The food is simple but good. Good wine list. Top tips: the smoked salmon starter, the raclette and the veal chop. Delicious sorbet. Well worth a visit.
