Had a lunch meeting at Champy's today. The menu is straightforward and there's a reason for that. They do a few things and they do them great. I had the fried buffalo chicken salad today (you know... because health... The greens were fresh. The pickles were a nice touch.More than that I can't say enough great things about the crew here.
