On November 16, 2020, I visited a restaurant around 7:46 AM to buy some food. Unfortunately, I had a problem when the woman at the counter did not return my debit card. After I collected my food, I noticed my card was missing and alerted her. She insisted that she had handed it back to me, but after checking my jeans pocket, I found it absent. She then suggested that someone else might have taken it. Frustrated, I asked to speak to the manager or owner to review the security footage. As a precaution, I promptly canceled my card. Now I'm left wondering: was this situation suspicious?
I really liked the chiles rellenos, but the beans had a strong, off-putting smell. When I went back to the bakery, two women started yelling at me, which made the experience quite unpleasant. I had hoped I found a great place to buy bread, but I won't be returning. The staff was neither understanding nor friendly, and they acted as if they were in Guatemala.
Very authentic Guatemalan food hole in the wall restaurant, handmade tortillas, fresh pan dulce. I wish they had more seats and they accepted credit cards. Except this great place. Always feel like you're going to a friend. All very friendly
I absolutely love this place! The authentic Guatemalan food is so delicious that I am proud of it. The service may not be the fastest, but the food is prepared very well. Everyone should try it, especially the amazing bread.

I recently discovered this place, and it's what you'd call a hidden gem. It’s a cozy spot that feels like a "hole in the wall." The authentic pupusas are delicious!
If I lived in LA, I would definitely come here regularly. I tried my first pupusa and it was amazing! The food was delicious and the people were very friendly.
The manager was incredibly rude and offered such subpar service that we have no intention of returning to this restaurant.
The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The tamales, chile rellenos, and bakery items were all perfect.
