This place has to be the best pizza place ever created!! I never heard of Chanticleer pizza in the south metro but by far the best pizza I’ve ever had in my entire life!! It’s all made by scratch, very fresh, and when delivered seems like it just came out of the oven!! They make fresh dough everyday!! Nothing beats that!! Fresh dough has the best flavor, not frozen or processed which makes a whole lot of difference!! I recommend going to the Andover location at all times!! Do not waste time at any other location! I've always had a great experience at this restaurant until today. Unfortunately, my pizza was burnt and had very little cheese, even after I paid for extra. I went back to let them know, and they kindly offered to remake it. Let me tell you, the new pizza was fantastic! They really did an excellent job and were very apologetic. I felt a bit guilty for sending feedback via email, but they needed to hear about it. The staff completely redeemed themselves. The pizza was absolutely delicious! I ended up eating some (or most) of it in my car, and I'm so happy with how it turned out. I've attached pictures before and after. Thank you again for turning my experience around!
My wife and I used to order from this location all the time when we lived in the area and it was great. However last night I accidentially ordered carryout online from this location instead of the one across town. I didnt realize the mistake until I arrived at the Forest Lake location, well after the order was likely complete and waiting on me in Andover. The mistake was mine and the food paid for, so I called them to let them know without any real expectation of refund (since the fault was mine). However the person who answered the phone quickly said she'd void the transaction and it was processed right away. Exceeded expectations.
I ordered a veggie pizza as always online it was delivered with another pizza that was ordered also. I opened the box and there was Canadian bacon on half of my veggie pizza I called and they said they would send out another pizza. My husband got a call and they said because it was ordered online they couldn't replace it. Now I am out a pizza because it had meat on it so much for dinner.

We have adored Chanticlear for the past 17 years while we've lived in Andover. The pizza has always been excellent.
Still the best pizza in the greater Twin Cities area. Has been a household fave for 30+ years.
Friendly staff and always organized. The produce section looks always good and fresh.
