I stopped going to this place a few years ago because there is not enough parking in the parking lot, and everytime I've gone it's too crowded. I actually tried it again yesterday at lunchtime not knowing what to expect, since there is a large area of businesses around there. I figured it'd be a huge lunch rush. We got there around 1pm and the place was pretty dead and quiet. Maybe 3 other tables. The service was fast and friendly. I ordered the calamari appetizer, turkey burger, and ceasar side salad. Service was ok'ish. Nothing to write home about. The food got brought out at different times and was inconsistent when it was brought out. The salad tasted off. I cannot completely put my finger on what was wrong with the wings. The wings did not taste fresh or they were cooked in old oil. For this being a sports bar, probably the worst wings I have had at a sports bar. Philly, was a glop of a mess. Oh and nothing better than generic ketchup. Why does this place have high reviews? I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place before. This is my favorite spot in the East Bay for food and drinks. They have a great atmosphere with sports playing and a family-friendly vibe with lots of regulars. They also have good happy hour deals. Big shout out to Diana and Maria for always taking care of us. My favorite dishes are the buttery, flavorful garlic noodles, crispy wings in a variety of tasty flavors, nachos, and burgers. Everything is delicious here.
Been working in town for a few weeks and everything around here sucks, except for this place very happy i found this spot. Very friendly and fun. Came on a monday for football got great service and food was awesome. Fancy restaraunt food in a bar setting. Check it out you will probably enjoy it

if I gave this place a 6-star rating. came in an hour before closing and the staff was welcoming. I ordered the sweet potatoes and my partner the cheeseburger and couldn't stop compensating for the food. Regular fries and sweet potato fries were airy and crispy. I love this place.
The food service at this restaurant is consistently excellent! You can't go wrong here. The dishes pictured include a house salad, Chaplin's fish and chips with garlic fries, a Chaplin burger, and a Philly cheesesteak with sweet potato fries.

Happy Hour at this restaurant is always a great time. I highly recommend ordering the wings and checking out the diverse beer tap menu.
