The food here is ok, but nothing about this place stood out to me as special. The meat is flavorful, but it?s not in the same ballpark as well established BBQ places like Mission BBQ. Each $8-$10 sandwich by itself doesn?t make enough for a meal so youshould get a side. In my experience I ordered a large potato salad for just under $3, but what I got was more like a standardsized prepackaged potato salad. It was good, but surprising plain and it wasn?t large enough to properly share with multiplepeople. I will start by saying that I couldn't wait to try this place. I had beef sandwich was great. What was not great was the burger and fries. I did dine in, the fries came in a clear plastic container filled with condensation and made them wet and disgusting.The burger was big burnt and grey on the inside. I took them home and fed them to my dogs. I had a small email conversationwith the manager, I would have liked a refund or something for those 2 items or something but it does not seem like that willhappen so I will not be going back. Saw this establishment on DDD (diner drive-in and dives) and as a person who loves bbq,I had to try this out. Nearest location was 2.5 hours away but it was well worth it. There's a full menu to choose from. Portions are pretty good as well. Met theowners of this particular location and they were awesome. Asking people how their food was and very friendly. Employees werevery professional as well. The photo attached is a SECRET and not on menu. BBB bread beef and brisket. Along with macaroni andcheese. It's to die for. Hoping to go back there soon and trying something new. Would of brought food home but LONG ridehome.
Ordered online for pickup ???? but when I got there, it (food) was ready and the indoor seating was empty so I decided to dine there. Food ???? was delicious. Got a pulled pork, and corn beef sandwich as well as fried with nacho cheese ???? ????. Theservice was great and the folks working in there friendly. The indoor dining seating options were impressive with lots of TVslocated at vantage points in the restaurant. Delicious food and a menu with options for everyone including kids ????????. Cheers????

I had lunch here with my dad, and I was quite pleased with the experience. It’s a popular place, so we walked in and stood in line to place our order. I would estimate that from the moment we entered until we sat down to eat took about 15-20 minutes, even with three other groups ahead of us, which I thought was reasonable. The atmosphere inside was warm and welcoming, much like the staff. The food was delicious, and I’m looking forward to trying something else from their menu!
I did have a brief email exchange with the manager, and while I’d hoped for a refund or some compensation for those two items, it doesn’t seem like that will happen, so I won’t be returning. If you're going to serve an 11-ounce burger, it shouldn’t be cooked well done; it simply won’t be edible that way. And for the fries, they’d be better off in a bag on the side. If you can’t do something right—COVID or no COVID—you shouldn’t be offering or serving it.
Incredibly delicious! I ordered the Guy's Triple D online, and it exceeded my expectations. The smoky flavor was generous, and the meats—pit beef and corned beef sausage—were cooked to perfection. The addition of mac and cheese took it to another level. My online order was accurate and ready exactly when I requested, and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend checking this place out!
As someone from East Baltimore, Chaps is a beloved institution for me. When I discovered a location up here in PA, I had to give it a try for both the experience and a taste of home. It lived up to my expectations. The pit beef was cooked to perfection (rare is the way to go), and the gravy fries were fantastic. It truly reminded me of home—10/10, would happily return.

Not as good as the original. I ordered a Reuben, and there was less meat and sauerkraut than I expected. The restaurant was empty, and it didn't have the same atmosphere. I wouldn’t make a special trip back here. The original location on Pulaski Highway is fantastic, and if you’re in the Baltimore area, I definitely recommend visiting there.
