Quite bad despite the good reviews. We ordered beef and chicken chapli and both were so dry. We also ordered the chicken butter masala, which is maybe supposed to be like butter chicken, but it is NOT butter chicken. The sauce had the consistency/texture of whipped cream. Usually my children devour butter chicken. They barely touched it. And to make matters worse, there wasn't just 1 hair in my food, there was 2 one in the rice, and one in the bread. : Sorry to leave a review like this. We took a chance based on the 4+ rating, so obviously other people love the food there.
Ridiculous. Waited at least an hour for a TO GO order and a tea. People who arrive 20-40 minutes AFTER us were served first, they obviously prioritize those that eat in the restaurant. Didn’t even get acknowledgement for the fact that we waited forever, patiently, for an order for just TWO. What’s even worse, the Kebobs were nothing spectacular. Barely had flavor and not very juicy either. DO NOT ORDER TO GO. They’ll just waste your time. And no, I don’t think this is an understaffing issue. I saw 2 workers on their cell phones the entire time we waited.

I’ve been coming here with my family ever since I was a child and I still haven’t found a better restaurant in the DMV. I’d sell my first born child for a chapli kabob platter it is DELICIOUS
Exceptional meal! I could dine here every night. I waited around 10 minutes for my dinner, but I appreciate hot, freshly prepared food.
