Went though drive-thru order small Philly and lg drink no fries, guy asked all the way? I said sure assumed was onions and peppers. What I got was a mess of lettuce and tomatos! Steak and bun were greasy mess. What really bothered me at the drive thru they stuck a stick out the window with payment device on it, I can't see the screen, finally I see it's a little display wanting me to pick the tip I want to give! OMG I got a tip don't shove the thing in the customers face if you ever want them to come back. I know I won't.
I ordered six flat wings with garlic parmesan sauce and a side of Cajun fries. I went inside to place a takeout order, and the customer service was quite pleasant. However, the dimly lit dining area left something to be desired. Unfortunately, the wings were dry, flavorless, and tough. I could only eat two before I had to toss the other four—such a waste. The fries were hot and fresh, but they lacked the Cajun flavor I was hoping for. Overall, I was very disappointed. This will be my first and last visit. Yuk!!!
We ordered from Charly's in Dunedin, FL, three times over the past two years, and each time they were out of celery. It seems clear that they don’t keep celery in stock. If we had known this, we wouldn't have ordered the wings. However, the wings and cheesesteak are really excellent. Just don’t bother ordering the celery!
The cheesesteak wasn’t very flavorful. They got my order wrong initially and then refused to fix their mistake. I’d recommend Delco’s or Jersey Mike’s instead—both offer much better food and excellent customer service. Avoid this place if you don’t want to be disappointed.

My previous negative review was removed, so I’m lowering my rating by another star. If you want a good cheesesteak, head to Delco’s instead—these are really disappointing. Delco’s offers better flavor and lower prices, but be sure to bring cash.
Requesting a tip at the drive-thru is absurd. Instead of asking for tips, why not pay your workers better? It makes the experience uncomfortable for everyone involved, including the employees.
They’ve gotten my order wrong more times than they’ve gotten it right.
