I really like the two guys who prepare the food; they cook faster than the girl can take orders. I went for lunch since they don't deliver to my workplace. While I was there, a family was ordering and seemed to take forever, but I soon realized it was because the girl taking the orders was quite slow. Additionally, she put together my gourmet fries but skimped on the amount. Normally, those guys make them, and it's definitely worth the $23.00. The cooks definitely deserve a five-star rating, but the girl only earns a two-star rating—if I'm being generous. I'm sorry to say that I would have rated you five stars if it weren't for her.
Normally I would give you a 5, but went last night (Halloween , at 5:30 and lights were off were told you were closed (thought you closed at 6 and you guys were cleaning and sweeping. Guess I got the trick of trick or treat...needless to say I went hm with no cheesesteak combo...haven't been able to reach anyone by phone today either..oh well maybe I'll try try again..you guys are still number 1 just wish yours hours were right..
Honestly one of the best ones i have ever gone to. This spot they made me feel welcomed and asked me how i wanted my food and gabe me great recommendations. Must say for a fast food join honestly don't expect a lot but it gave me great food and service. Will be coming back here when in the area.
I have had these sandwiches before from the foxhills location and the meat is very soft. The meat on the sandwiches from this location was tough and dry. So i was dissapointed.

These folks really know how to make a sandwich. They’ve been well-trained by an excellent manager. I've never had any issues with my orders. Great job, everyone!
This place needs some improvement but the food is terrific and always tasting the staff here isn't the friendliest but you can't turn down great taste.
The Fiesta Fries and Cheesesteak were amazing! This was my first time ordering from Charley's, and I will definitely be ordering from them again.
I had a wonderful visit today! The service was quick, and the male cashier was extremely helpful and friendly while taking my order.
