I visited this chain restaurant and was very disappointed with my experience. I ordered two California chicken philly sandwiches and one buffalo chicken philly. This was the third Charleys cheesesteak location I had been to, and it was the worst by far. Firstly, the cashier refused to accept my discount code from the app, which would have saved me $4 on my purchase of $17.76. Additionally, my California Philly sandwiches were missing avocado, pickles, and onions, while my buffalo chicken Philly was also missing pickle, banana peppers, and onions. All the sandwiches only came with lettuce, tomato, mayo, cheese, and chicken. I will never return to this location, as their food does not live up...

This fast food chain has always been a personal favorite of mine, and this location is no different. Situated in the mall, the restaurant is exceptionally clean with a friendly staff.
I was surprised when the restaurant questioned the accuracy of my order. I frequently purchase food from them, often more than 10 times a week. To prove my case, I showed the owner my bank transaction record, which showed a purchase at Westfield Valencia on 12/6/2021.
