I had an absolute terrible experience at this location recently. The manager was so disrespectful that it was shocking. I could not believe that a manager would speak to a customer the way she did when I called her over to discuss a charge on my bill. I even emailed customer service regarding the experience. I was told it was going to be sent to the complaint department and yet I never even heard back. Poor customer service all around in this company.
We had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The salad bar was fresh and delicious, and it was included with the order of the prime rib, which was cooked perfectly and very tasty. The service was very friendly, and the prices were reasonable for the quality of food. We are excited to come back and try more items from the menu. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
I recently dined at this restaurant for dinner and was thoroughly impressed. The price per person ranged from $30 to $50, but the quality of food and service made it well worth it. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Prime Rib French Dip, as it was a standout dish on the menu.
The restaurant is only decent if you go at the right time. Service and food are terrible if you go at 6:30 or after 7. The employees seem to want to leave, resulting in poor service and food quality. My family adores this restaurant. It's our go-to spot in the neighborhood. The salad bar offers fresh, clean, and tasty options. The service is fantastic, and the prices are reasonable. We usually dine in for dinner and can expect to spend around $20-30 per person.
My meal was OK. I had on of the snichtzile dishes. My husband had their signature prime rib. It was very dry. Not the usual juicy piece of meat. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
