We placed our order and I must say, the cake I chose was one of the most delicious cakes I have ever tasted. It reminded me of a Finnish sweet treat I had tried back in Australia - Finnish brot, muskatnuss, and a sticky sweet tea, but with the addition of apples. The coffee was also quite good. My companion, Davie, opted for the lemon drops and found them equally delightful. The decor was charming, with beautiful dark blue-gray walls and soft lighting. The low chatter of other diners created a pleasant background noise, allowing us to enjoy our own conversation undisturbed. Overall, the ambiance was truly inviting.
The avocado toast with perfectly cooked eggs was delicious. They also offer gluten-free bread that is equally tasty. The coffee was excellent. The restroom was clean and aesthetically pleasing, with lovely hand soap. The restaurant is adorned with beautiful plants and the staff was friendly, even sharing information about where they source their plants from so we could purchase some for ourselves.
beautiful coffee shop...prices are a little high. £3.00 for a small coffee and £8.00 for a cheese and ham toastie! but most of these are now at this price. good seating in the free and a pleasant atmosphere. very clean toilets that was a big plus!
I really enjoy the atmosphere and the interior of this restaurant, but the coffee was not up to par. It tasted overly extracted and unfortunately, they only offer one house blend on espresso. However, it is dog-friendly inside which is a plus! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
