We spend a lot of lunches at the Chasellas outside on the terrace in the sunshine ! Jagisch the Chef is famous for Wienerschnitzel, Talelspitz and his austrian Deserts ! He always has some dinner dishes on the lunch Menu wich is very clever ! I love to eat the Siedfleischcarpaccio light and tasty. In September lost of places like the Trutzhütte or Salastrains are already closed but they are open until September 25th ! Thank you Suvretta house !
The restaurant belongs to the Hotel Suvretta House and situated right nest to the chairlift base station. My ski instructor introduced me to the chef while we were in the mountain and I manged to get a table for the evening with my wife. It offers traditional Austrian dishes as well as some with an Asian touch. The desert was sublime! The wine list also offers a wide variety of quality wines.
Ich war seit mindestens 20 Jahren nicht mehr an diesem Ort (ohne besonderen Grund). Kam für ein schönes Wintermittagessen. Ausgezeichneter Service mit äußerst freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Personal trotz unserer besonderen Bestellungen. Das Essen (einfache, anständige Schweizer Alpenspezialitäten ohne unnötigen Schnickschnack) war einfach unglaublich. Jeden Cent wert!

The ambiance, the food, the service. This is by far my favourite restaurant in St. Moritz. It is fine mountain dining in a very relaxed and cosy atmosphere. Excellent both in summer and winter. A reservation is essential, especially in winter.
Kleines Restaurant neben dem Suvretta House, ich glaube, es gehört zum Hotel. Der Service war sehr gut. Das Essen war köstlich und die Preise waren für diese Qualität angemessen. Das Innere ist klein, daher ist eine Reservierung erforderlich
