we reserved the restaurant in our second night in the hotel and found a lot of fun. after a cocktail in the bar we were warmly welcomed to our table. the printed menu presented two alternatives, one with 7, and the other with 5. but if we asked, it could choose what we wanted from the menu, and accept that the bill reflects these changes. my man wanted three things, and I took five, but not all of the star elections. everything we took was excellent. my man tried the bisque with lobster and sweet, the pan-seared foie gras and the souffle. I chose the artichoke heart with black feet, clogged foie grass, deenbrust, salat with arugula and pecorino cheese with truffles and the coffee and chocola...
we had high expectations. Unfortunately, they were not fully collected. food was excellent, yes. but service: dazzling! the recipeist has hardly greeted us, then sat at our tables the team seemed more than disorganized. the chief of the service (who seemed to be them) had some inconsistencies. the personal. in the public atmosphere was tense, not as they would expect in a Michael star. definitiw need a fresh to polite and savoir être. yet, compliments to the young women for their professional service despite the unprofessional show of their superior. oh, for the farewell: as cold as the greeting. would recommend for eating but not for the service.
very nice atmosphere in an old lock room. modern enough decor to make the place new, although slightly dark wall and ceiling colors. fun. we took the five cursor version on the menu offered, as seven seemed too much. we also took the...offered weinparings, which offers another glass of wine that everyone offers. that was perfect and I would recommend that. the meal was exceptional in all asspects and cures. for us five courses were very rich and filled eating. the price with aperitif, coffee and digestion was somewhat over 300 euro. what is reasonable in my experience. I'd eat here again.

We were friends, for our Christmas meal as every year. The choice of this restaurant was successful because the perfect menu! service impeccable kindness, courtesy for( 3 races )reasonable, I recommend this place
