The worst 1 star Michelin restaurant experience that I’ve ever seen! The food is like something you’d try at home and if you’re not an expert, definitely don’t like because of the fact that you’d mixed too many unrelated things. I’ve asked for a vegetarian option and all I’ve got was the exact same menu without meat with the same price! And the service; it took 45 mins every course to come and at the end, there was no water serving at the table at all, no refreshed napkins and even in the bathrooms there was no toilet paper and all. Very unfortunate for an amazing chateau like this and even it made me question the quality reality of the Michelin standards.
We booked the collectors through a box. So we couldn't choose our dishes. It was the chef who prepared it upstream. It is, of course, possible to say whether something is wrong or allergy. They adapt. Personally and with my wife, they mentioned a lot of things we weren't necessarily fan, abat type, red cabbage, endives, etc, but knowing this type of establishment, we didn't say anything and we were waiting for him to make us love all these products. Well, we weren't disappointed. Everything was very good, well executed and seasoned. That's why we recognize the right restaurants. I recommend!
This is the second time we have lunch in this establishment with a beautiful setting. We share the opinion of many customers; It is a restaurant with very great culinary qualities that we recommend.
